Bach by Candlelight
Not to be missed! Following on from Evening Prayer, professional ‘Cellist, Nigel Blomiley, will be performing the second part of JS Bach’s Six ‘Cello Suites in St Mary Magdalene church. Southgate Symphony Orchestra
A concert performed in St Mary Magdalene by the Southgate Symphony Orchestra. A North London symphony orchestra, performing concerts and open to amateur orchestral musicians. The orchestra has been part of Enfield’s community for over fifty years. Performers of the orchestra include members of our congregation and our Vicar, The Rev’d Dr Gordon Giles, who plays the flute.

We meet for coffee and cake at 11:30am in the Choir Vestry followed by the concert at 12:30pm. A variety of music is included in the Concert programme. There is a retiring collection towards costs.
