Community Café

Community Café at St Mary Magdalene
All Welcome!

We meet in the Church Hall on Tuesdays between 1:30pm and 3:30pm.

A variety of activities will be run between 2:30pm and 3:30pm. These include an informal fortnightly time of singing popular songs. Communal singing promotes the production of the happy ‘endorphins’ – that ‘feel good factor’ (like eating some chocolate but without the unwanted inches or pounds consequences!). For the other weeks we will have a guest speaker, a crafts session or other activities. Please see below for what’s coming up next.

Our Community Café:
enjoying good company and the Sunshine on the Church Lawn

The Coffee Mornings, held on the third Tuesday of each month, are held in various homes of Church members. These are lovely social events, which give us all a chance to meet and exchange news and bond together, and collect donations for particular charities and/or Church projects. They are always enjoyable occasions and a good opportunity for new church members to get to know others in the congregation.
